Q.1- Is product shipping free to my Door?

Offer Price on VINEXSHOP is inclusive of shipping charges (and there is no any hidden charge) and we ship our products across India subject to the serviceable city or location. The address should be of proper city / town. If the address is of remote area or located at outskirts of city or town than there will be extra freight charges as applicable. Q.2- What is the Process to Place order online?

You will find it very quick and easy. If you want to order online, you can submit your order by using our shopping cart system. Acceptable payment methods are Credit Cards, ATM cum Debit Cards, Net Banking for Online Payment and Cheque, Cash, DD for Offline Payment.
For online ordering you should be a registered user, if you are not please, Get Registered with Us. Once you are registered you can add to cart all the products you wish to procure and proceed for the payment. Once you get the confirmation message that the order is successfully submitted, you may log out and Check the Dispatch Details Next Day in the Evening. Q.3- Do you provide any Discount on Products?

The offer price itself is the best discounted price on our online products. If there is a bulk order, the request for discount will be sent to senior management and it will depend on their sole discretion to provide discount or not? If there is any discount we will confirm you telephonically or through e-mail message or both.

Q.4- Do you provide the Warrantee on Your Products?

There is limited warrantee against any manufacturing defect that is informed to us within 24 hours after receiving the product.

Q.5- How long will you take to deliver the product?

We offer a 7 Days Delivery on most products bought on the site. The products ordered will be at your doorstep within 7 business working days (Working days are Monday to Friday and timing is 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Order received after 2:00 PM is not counted in working day for that order), from the day payment is accepted and cleared. You can make payment of any order online or offline. You may choose any of the said option and can make the payment online or offline. For online payment you may use Credit Cards, ATM cum Debit Cards and Net Banking. For offline payment you may deposit Cash, Cheque and DD in offline mode but make sure that the Cheque is of AT PAR. No, we do not have cash on delivery option till now.

Q.11- When the tracking details will be updated Online?

Q-12 Please guide us, how to use products you are selling online?

For this we have tried at our level best to provide you details about the usage and installation of products we are selling online. We have provided few video links which can be very useful for product installation and doing the exercise of different fitness equipment.

Q.13- Do you Ship outside India?

Sorry! We do not ship outside India, through this portal. You have to Contact Us for international quotes.

Q.14- How secure is my online order?

Q.15- How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 1 hour. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM Folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.

Q.16- Will I receive a payment confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation email from VINEXSHOP.COM and also from CCAVENUES with your order and transaction details. Please check your junk mail folder as it may get marked as spam. Please let us know if you do not receive this email.

Q.17- What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?

If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.

Q.18- I ordered the wrong item or I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

If you ordered the wrong item or wish to cancel your order, please send us an email (info@vinexshop.com) informing us of your intent to cancel your order within 24 hours after the confirmation of your payment. In this email, please include your name and order number you would like to cancel.
