Q.3- Do you provide any Discount on Products?

The offer price itself is the best discounted price on our online products. If there is a bulk order, the request for discount will be sent to senior management and it will depend on their sole discretion to provide discount or not? If there is any discount we will confirm you telephonically or through e-mail message or both.

Q.4- Do you provide the Warrantee on Your Products?

There is limited warrantee against any manufacturing defect that is informed to us within 24 hours after receiving the product.

Q.8- Do you have an Option of Cash on delivery?

No, we do not have cash on delivery option till now.

Q.9- Is there any Dealer or Supplier of your Products?

We do have Dealer & Supplier all over India.

Q.14- How secure is my online order?

Online ordering with us is safe and secure. Our website is SSL secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our E-Commerce servers as well as your computer.
When you are ordering online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-Encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Q.15- How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 1 hour. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM Folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.

Q.16- Will I receive a payment confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation email from VINEXSHOP.COM and also from CCAVENUES with your order and transaction details. Please check your junk mail folder as it may get marked as spam. Please let us know if you do not receive this email.

Q.17- What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?

If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.

Q.18- I ordered the wrong item or I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

If you ordered the wrong item or wish to cancel your order, please send us an email (info@vinexshop.com) informing us of your intent to cancel your order within 24 hours after the confirmation of your payment. In this email, please include your name and order number you would like to cancel.
